B.B.P.S. business is licensed, certified plus bonded by State of New York since October 1999.

Timeline

Within 5 business days, Billion Bills Process Serving will serve your court papers. Then B.B.P.S. will issue a duly notarized affidavit of service (Service Return) for you to use as needed. Said affidavit of service will be sent to your home, office or filed with the Court Clerk.

Payments are required in advance of service. Process serving can be done on individuals or multiple respondents/defendants anywhere in NYC or the U.S.
